Corporate Administrator
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, competent and responsible individual with a positive approach, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who should be able to work under pressure and demonstrate responsibility for all given tasks.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
-Day to day operation of the corporate department
-Communication with clients and preparation of corporate documents
-Ensure compliance with AML law and KYC procedures of our firm
-Preparation of forms to be submitted to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies
-Administrative duties

Qualifications and Experience Requirements
-Previous experience in a corporate department of a law firm or corporate administrative services firm
-University or college Diploma
-Literacy in both Greek and English
-Computer literate, excellent knowledge of MS Office and internet
-Knowledge of corporate administration , AML Law , KYC procedures and prior experience with the Registrar of Companies will be considered an advantage
-Excellent administrative and time management skills
